1.) Bad Friends/ Peer group;

Research shows that too much stress can hinder the brain's performance, and we all know that the brain is the central through which all functionalities of the body depends on. So avoid stress.

3.) Procrastination ;
This is a very deadly trait that more than half of the population of the world possess. It makes you think there is sufficient amount of time, whereas time is limited because time actually wait for nobody. Men and women of integrity rarely procrastinate except in some obvious inevitable situations. So if you truly desire to make your life better, then you should learn to perform your duties in time.

4.) Lack of determination/purpose;
Our  Choices most times determine our latter experience in the future. Having a low amount of determination or lack of purpose in life will cause lot of difficulties and even failure in life. You must have something to stand for or you must know your stand if truly you want to to excel or make significant changes to the world.

5.) Worrying;
   There is this popular saying that worrying is a waste if imagination and it's absolutely true because while worrying, we end of changing nothing but rather adding more pains to the problems on ground. So whenever you are faced with challenges and bad experience, try avoid worrying, be calm and seek for proper counselling.

6.) Fixed mindset;
    There is a concept called fixed mindset and another called growth mindset. People with fixed mindset for instance always believe things happens by luck, they believe some people are just talented and tremendously gifted that's why they do great things. They believe "what will occur Will occur". They neither really get to discover that their potentials can be cultivated and nurtured because of their deep believe in fate.
     While does with growth mindset knows that change is constant and believe that adding more effort in what they do each day will make them grow and become better each day. So I suggest that you should train your mind to be progressive and see the good side of life at all times.
